  1. Eligibility for Returns
    • Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
    • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all labels intact.
    • Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered.
    • Certain categories (e.g., consumables, supplements, personal care products, energy films, or customized items) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety standards.
  2. Process for Returns
    1. Contact our customer support at support@globexcircle.com or via the app within 7 days of delivery.
    2. Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photo proof (if applicable).
    3. Our team will arrange for pickup or provide return instructions.
    4. Once inspected and approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated.
  3. Refunds
    • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
    • Refunds are credited via the original payment method.
    • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
    • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.
  4. Cancellations
    • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
    • Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted; customers must follow the return process.
  5. Damaged or Defective Products
    • If you receive a damaged or defective product, notify us immediately.
    • Replacement will be initiated at no additional cost.
