- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all labels
intact.
- Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly
delivered.
- Certain categories (e.g., consumables, supplements, personal care products,
energy films, or customized items) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety
standards.

Process for Returns
- Contact our customer support at support@globexcircle.com or via the app within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photo proof (if applicable).
- Our team will arrange for pickup or provide return instructions.
- Once inspected and approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated.

Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after product inspection.
- Refunds are credited via the original payment method.
- If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted; customers must follow the return process.
